Sovereign Property Management is a small family run business. We followed our dreams and relocated to the resort of Puerto Del Carmen on the sunny island of Lanzarote.
We have experienced the highs and lows that you are feeling now and so with our knowledge we would like to take that burden off you and give property owners and holiday makers the best service possible, a service that we would expect to receive ourselves.

We offer a comprehensive service so you are safe in the knowledge that your property will be promoted, used to it's full potential, maintained and cared for in your absence to a high standard.
We pride ourselves in offering the personal touch,often lacking with larger property management companies and are always on hand to assist our clients on a one to one basis.
In 2017 we opened our sister company The Laundry Room this was opened so we can do all the linen for the properties in house please take a look at the page on this website.
